All projects and media are stored locally on your device. Optionally, you can keep projects in your own iCloud – we have no access to them.
Open Vigo Studio on both devices, make sure they are on the same Wi-Fi network with Bluetooth enabled, and choose “Vigo Multicam” or “Teleprompter Display” on the second device.
The project is stored in your iCloud but has not been downloaded to this device yet. Tap the project to download it.
Open the settings in the app and tap “Restore Purchases”. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID.
Update the app and iOS to the latest version and restart your device. If the problem persists, send us an email with your device model, iOS version and a short description.
